On their final full day at the NSLC, the Medicine Intensive students have the opportunity to engage in an impactful activity led by leadership facilitator Vital Akimana called “What I Discovered.” Through this activity, students reflect on their learnings from the NSLC experience, sharing personal insights and growth. In addition, they present a final project on public health, demonstrating their comprehensive understanding of the subject and their ability to propose strategies to address key health challenges in society.
