The students in Psychology started their clinical diagnostic simulations. They were split into groups and had to see patients (TAs) in different rooms as they try to find a diagnosis. The simulation aimed to provide the students with a hands-on experience in a controlled environment to understand various mental health conditions and develop essential skills for effective communication and empathy. They learned how to approach and de-escalate challenging situations and gained insights into providing appropriate care and support for individuals experiencing mental health challenges. The simulation provided a valuable opportunity for the students to enhance their understanding of mental health issues and how to provide compassionate care and support to individuals facing psychological difficulties.
