Today, the Medicine Intensive students were able to meet Dr. Kevin O’Conner, an American physician and retired U.S. Army Colonel serving as the physician to the president. Dr. O’Connor shares his remarkable experiences and insights from his medical career, providing students with valuable knowledge about medical practice in diverse settings, leadership in healthcare, and the unique challenges of being a physician to the President. This encounter with Dr. O’Connor offers students a rare opportunity to gain wisdom from a distinguished medical professional, motivating and inspiring them in their own medical journeys.
