Students in the Medicine & Health Care program engaged in a range of hands-on clinical activities. During their laparoscopy clinical rounds, they learned how to use tools for surgical procedures using specialized instruments and cameras. In the sports medicine segment, students practiced wrapping a foot to support and protect injuries commonly encountered in athletic settings. Additionally, they honed their skills in taking vital signs, learning how to measure and interpret essential health indicators. They also did a C-Collar & backboard simulation, where students learned proper techniques for immobilizing and transporting patients with potential spinal injuries, ensuring their safety during emergencies. Through these simulations the aspiring medical professionals developed a deeper understanding of various medical procedures and patient care.
