Students in the Medicine Intensive program actively engage in EMT rotations that simulate various scenarios, including mass casualty incidents, specialized cases, and medical/trauma assessments. They gain hands-on experience in administering medications and applying their knowledge to real-life emergency situations. Through these rotations, students develop crucial skills in triage, patient assessment, and emergency response, preparing them for the demanding and fast-paced world of emergency medical services.
