In the summer Nursing program, the students participated in a realistic simulation where Team Advisors & Assistant Team Advisors portrayed as patients, providing an immersive learning experience. The students were tasked with taking notes on the patients’ conditions, symptoms, and medical history while also asking relevant questions to gather additional information. The simulation aimed to develop the students’ skills in patient assessment, communication, and critical thinking. Through this hands-on exercise, the students gained practical knowledge in patient care and their abilities to gather accurate and comprehensive patient data, preparing them for the challenges they may encounter in future nursing careers.
