The Journalism students worked on their professional development for the career world. They were assisted by their TA’s in terms of getting headshots, resume help, and creating a cover letter. This would be helpful to those seeking a job/career for their future. Moreover, they learned how to effectively search for and apply to internships, learning strategies to identify suitable opportunities and present themselves as qualified candidates. With these tools and knowledge, the journalism students were well-guided on their professional journeys.
