The Medicine Intensive students embarked on another round of surgical skills learning yesterday. This time, they completed a fetal pig dissection and a heart dissection; they learned how to administer an oxygen tube and mask to a patient; and they advanced their biopsy and suturing skills with the help of Dr. Dan! The students were all smiles in their scrubs for this amazing activity that gave them first-hand experience in valuable medical skills!
