Students showcased their final presentation on what they’ve learned throughout the program. The students each split into different roles including reporters, journalists, investigators, and newsroom workers. Their presentation involved a live news broadcast, breaking news stories, in-depth investigations, and on-the-ground reporting. The students demonstrated their ability to gather and verify information,  create narratives, and deliver stories. Their efforts showcased the diverse skill-set required in a newsroom, emphasizing teamwork, professionalism, and the importance of accurate and overall journalism. The Professors, Terry Bryant, Chris Adams, and Cara Kelly each served a great purpose to each student and hope their impact resonates with them in the future.
