MINT students learned some EMT skills in the morning, and were immediately launched into a simulation to test their knowledge. Our TAs prepared a surprise emergency situation — a frat house basement collapse — and students rushed to the scene as EMTs. Students worked hard under a lot of pressure to assess damage, treat wounds, and maintain calm.
