The Architecture students were put to the test today during the “Communication Towers” activity! In teams, they created towers out of only straws, tape, and paper cups & plates. This required a lot of creativity and problem-solving to maintain stability. In the final leg of the activity, students had to transport their structures, and then they were measured to see which group’s was the tallest. This activity necessitated outside of the box thinking, as well as communication & teamwork skills, but each and every group found success!
