NURS students took a field trip to the University of Maryland School of Nursing in Baltimore. They rotated through different rooms learning a variety of skills applicable to nursing. They participated in a birthing simulation with a dummy mother and infant, as well as a code blue simulation where they needed to resuscitate a patient, and also practiced how to dress various wounds.
