MINT students attended a lecture with Guest speaker, Dr. Cindy Chang, who is well known for her work with the USA Olympic team and with D1 University sports teams. In addition to her lecture, Dr. Chang demonstrated how to soft cast an arm, which students were able to practice on partners as well! Both the lecture and hands-on activity provided a deeper insight into the world of sports medicine and explained what paths students can be taken if they would like to pursue this specialty in the future.
